It all starts with an application
To start a paper-based assessment, a prior application is required.
You can complete the procedure easily from a WEB form,
so please feel free to apply first.
Roster submission
First, you submit the participant information in an Excel file.
You can register up to 18 attributes and also cross-analyze them.

Centralize roster management with the system
Registering and managing the roster you create is all completed within the system. We support both bulk registration via an Excel file and individual registration. The registered roster information can be downloaded from the administrator account.

- We enclose the mark sheet, question sheet, and specified documents (if any) in the envelope.
- You can also choose to take the assessment in English.
- Because the envelope also serves as the return envelope, we deliver it without sealing.
- After taking the assessment, the participant places the completed mark sheet into the same envelope, seals it, and submits it.
Please have the person in charge at each location collect the envelopes containing the completed mark sheets and return them.
Individual results
We open the returned envelopes at our company and read and aggregate the mark sheets. All work is done in-house.

We notify the results including the "degree of stress," "evaluation score," "stress profile," "self-care advice," and the like. The wording in the notification can be edited freely, so you can also add an awareness message for each organization.

- We seal the envelope and deliver it to the specified place.
Group analysis
Our system has a group analysis feature, and the person in charge can output the group analysis report themselves (implementer-only feature).
